Sunglasses are the least risky way to buy a designer piece, and the easiest place to overpay. The same frame is boutique money new and a fraction of that a season later, unworn or close to it.
Everything here is checked before it is listed, which matters more in eyewear than most people assume, because the fakes are cheap to make and everywhere.

- Are these authentic designer sunglasses?
- Yes. Every pair is checked in house before it is listed, including the hinge construction and action, the etching on the frame, the markings on the lenses, and the model code against frames that were actually produced in that colorway. Counterfeit eyewear is cheap to make and widespread, so nothing goes up on the strength of a box alone.
- Do the sunglasses come with a case?
- Where the original case, cloth and papers came in with the pair, they go out with it, and each listing states exactly what is included. Where they did not, the listing says that rather than implying a full set. On eyewear the case is a nice extra; the condition of the lenses is what actually drives the price.
